is a website that is primarily a tool for my students in their courses. I offer this links page as an aside, an extra, a play area of sorts.

There are many interests served here, as I have included links to web pages that I find extraordinary and potentially useful to my audience.

I’d be foolish to believe that only my students happen across my website, as it is open to the general public, and there are those from many communities, who have a vested interest in what goes on here.

To students, parents, educators and interested community members, I offer this cyber portal to education and French links.

I have not grouped my favorites by user categories.

Personally, I am a teacher, parent and learner myself. I do not wish to limit anyone’s access via my interpretation of for whom any site is best suited. I invite you to peruse and follow any links provided here. There are connections to related forums and chats and many links to portal sites or directories.

Some of these links are also provided in pages that are directly connected to lessons in my courses pages. Most are not.

Imagine combining their power!

Just think about using a software text-to-speech reader, programmed with a French voice,

to read public domain texts available from a library in France.

I have tried it with classics from Dumas and Verne. It’s incredible!

I cannot make any statements about the appropriateness of these sites for young learners, although most of them are geared for students, parents and educators.
